How do I know my size?
You can measure your nails using a flexible measuring tape or you can be sized using the coin method or you can order a Sizing Kit from us for the most accurate results. Incorrect sizing is not eligible for a remake, so sizing carefully is important!
What will I get with my order?
Every custom set includes:
- Your hand-crafted press-on nails
- Nail glue or adhesive tabs
- Mini nail file
- Cuticle stick
- Alcohol wipe
- Application instructions
Can I request a completely custom design?
Yes! You can submit inspiration photos or describe your idea on the Custom Set Order Form. I’ll recreate it in my style or adapt it to press-on format.
How long does processing take?
Processing time varies based on order volume and design complexity. On average, it takes 1–3 business days for your custom set to be created before it ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
